Does ISB work on a rolling admission system?

I can see on the website that the results of 2nd round will be out by 15th February.

But will it declare results only on 15th February or it will start declaring results before that & will complete declaring by 15th Feb

1>rolling only for international applicants
2>it will start declaring results much before 15th feb & will complete by then.

1- from this year onwards, people who have opted for Hyderabad as interview location are being interviewed on a rolling basis...
2- All the results for a specific round will be declared together... so 15th nov and 15th feb are "THE" dates that people get to know whether they made it or not...

I've submitted my app on 28th Oct with i/v location at HYD. Are they gonna call all eligible early R2(31st Oct) applciants on 26th Nov weekend ?
