Hi mmon,

Thats not true. The avg. age is 27 and avg. work ecp is 5 yrs. The title, job, salary would depend on your background and aspirations.

Hi nmon,

Look at ISB's class profile: https://www.isb.edu/pgp/ClassProfile.Shtml
The mid 80% people are between 25-31 years of age and average age is 28. So that answers your question about you age. My personal suggestion is to disregard all hearsay as rumor and rely on the actual data on the website.

Regarding title, job, salary or role, it all depends on what have already done, how you fit in the desired role, and your interview. Instead of stressing over these things, focus on preparing a stellar app and these questions will be answered as your ISB journey goes along. All the best

Hi geetika2188,

Looking at your profile's each parameter individually:

GMAT: above ISB's average (average: 710)
Undergrad score of 8.4: good

Verdict: Strong acads... now focus on other subjective areas.

Your work experience in terms of years is less than ISB's average user profile. Think of ways how you can show leadership potential in your application and remove the low experience bias. Leadership potential may not mean holding leadership position but can be showed by other skills such as proactiveness, innovation, decision making, among others. This will help you create an impressive and diverse app and help you stand out.
