My call would just not connect - some issue in my country - I am an international applicant. But there is a new post on the Admissions Director's blog and she seems to have completely skipped 2+2. There is no mention, whatsoever, about it which is strange. She could have given out some date and put our nerves at ease.

HBS 2+2

by germany2008 » Tue Jul 29, 2008 3:18 pm
Hi guys..its great to read all of your posts...its comforting to know that others are going through the same thing.

I don't really expect an interview invitation but i'm still anxious to know for sure. My profile is okay. I'm a female, GPA is 3.94, double major in Honors Econ and Honors Poli Sci. I was elected to PHI Beta Kappa as a junior... I have decent leadership experience. GMAT's not as good as I wanted them to be (90th percentile). anyway, i recently spent a week at HBS doing the Summer Venture in Management Program. As amazing as that was, I think it will make being rejected that much harder (only because i know what i'm truly missing out on).

I am really interested in knowing all of your profiles. Also, if anyone gets an interview invitation....please post. I hate not knowing.

svmp was great. i really loved it. Apparently it doesn't really help to be an SVMPer when it comes to applying though (i asked specifically about it)...which is too bad for me.

i got mine too (via email). do you really think that they issued out 100 interviews ? (or 98, like someone else said). it seems from this forum that quite a few got them.

I don't want to speculate on the number of interview slots...I didn't get a chance to read the HBS Interview Policy thoroughly enough to know whether or not that is against the rules (and know can't seem to find it again!)...but I do think it's fair to say that most people who applied to 2+2 were either posters or lurkers on this thread and other similar websites. My reasoning? The entire application was online...obviously, the type of people recruited by this program is one that's fairly web saavy.

Can anyone else see the interview dates? I click on the link in the email and all I get is "There are no events to display."
