The number is being divided by 1.5 instead of being multiplied by 5. What is the percentage of error obtained?

A. 30%
B. 40%
C. 50%
D. 60%
E. 87%

Error=5x-2x/3 = 13x/3

percentage = (13x/3)/5x * 100 = 1300/15 % ~= 86.67%
Probably, I made some calc. mistake or the option needs to be edited.
