Test in 2-weeks advise please

My test is two weeks from yesterday (June 24th). I've been preparing now for about three months and will continue preparing diligently over the next two weeks. My question is this... my goal score is 700+ as I plan to apply to Tuck, Kellogg, and most likely Columbia (undergrad GPA 3.93). My practice tests are as followed:

MGMAT Cat 1 - 620
MGMAT Cat 2 - 660
GMAT Prep1 - 660
MGMAT Cat 2 - 660
GMAT Prep1 - 710
MGMAT Cat 3 - 660 (three weeks ago)
GMAT Prep1 - 700 (three weeks ago)
MGMAT Cat 4 - 700 (two weeks ago)
MGMAT Cat 5 - 690 (today)

I plan to focus on the areas that I performed the weakest in based on my assessment from MGMAT's CAT review. With a target score of 700+ and the above details, am I sufficiently prepared for a 700+ on the real deal? I plan to take GMATPrep 2 next Saturday which will be my final practice test before the exam. I've been purposely postponing that practice test since I believe it will be the closest depiction to the actual test and I won't see any duplicate questions like in GMATPrep 1. Any words of advise or should I sit back and just keep plugging away? Thanks much!

Hi Wayward-Bound,

You definitely shouldn't wait to take that last practice exam; you don't want to make yourself nervous if the score you receive on the practice exam isn't the one you've been hoping for. The sooner you take the practice test the more time you will have to refine your test strategies and review questions/areas that are still giving you some trouble. You should try to complete that last practice exam during the same time of day you have your GMAT scheduled, so you can determine how you perform during that time of day.

Hey, thanks Shawn. I've actually taken all my practice tests +/- 1 hour of when my test is scheduled. It's set for 10AM and I've started all my practice tests between 9-11am and have written the essays on four of them.

Hi

It is advisable to take several mocks to get a rough idea as to what score you might get. Going by the details you provided seems like your score has increased over the time. We would advise you to stay confident so you can perform well in your final exam.

Although, if you still want to practise it could be combination of online classes, coaching institutes, practise books and even smart phone applications. Having this combination will be giving you access to different styles and it won't be monotonous for you.

Test is in five days. Took my last practice test, GMAT Prep 2, yesterday with a score of 710 (49Q/38V). I did write both essays and only took 5 minute breaks. Will let you all know outcome on Friday.
