This is a great question!

Confused between B and D.

IMO D

I think that B has the word "stronger" that is bothering me. I believe that if the word "stronger" is used, then the thing that the majority is compared to should also be mentioned in the sentence.

Thanks!

IMO C

The correct form is - More likely to do X than Y

More likely to do X as Y seems incorrect to me.

GmatKiss,

I think that an "is" with a connecting word (such as and) will make option A correct.

What do you think?

Whats the OA?

Thanks!

Hi, IMO C If we omit the modifier, "A huge flying reptile .....years ago" and look at the rest of the sentence, the Quetzalcoatlus had a wingspan of 36 feet, and it is believed to have been the largest flying creature the world has ever seen. This construction looks better than the rest. D...

Nice question!

IMO C although I am not sure whether the word "that" would be better than the word "as"?

Thanks!

Hello Vivian,

B seems to be right since it is in the "Active" voice.

But doesn't the GMAT prefer "rather than" in place of "instead of"?

Thanks!
