It looks like you're in the range for some of the programs you've mentioned in your post, but I also wanted to suggest that you take a close look at Columbia's January (Accelerated) program. This program offers a degree in a slightly shorter time frame, and also is perfect for those who plan to return to a family business, in that there is no summer internship requirement.
