Hi Aimisb:
Here is our take on your profile:
On the academics your scores/GPA are good. The academic awards received further strengthen your profile. Regarding GMAT you need to score around 700 to be competitive, hence you need to aim for that (in case you have not taken the test). On work experience good to know you are working for a leading firms, what i would like to further is the quality of work (impact on client's business, accolades, accomplishments leading to promotions). Third aspect extra-curricular details are not mentioned clearly. If you can share details, it would help us to share some light.

Hi AimIsb:
Thanks for the sharing the detailed profile.
Academics:
The GPA details are not mentioned. The fact that you have received recognition for your academic excellence during engineering and Masters, make you stand out on this front. I am assuming the grades are consistent (or better) over the semesters.
Work Experience:
International work experience does brownie points, as you would have developed multi-cultural client and team outlook.
At the face of it, it looks like IT profile, but you seem to have accomplished many things over period of time. In this Industry leading Software Company, you would have demonstrated learning's about the industry, challenges on the product, client's issues and business opportunities. These points need to be highlighted in the application and interview. In the respective essays, some your achievements, leadership and team skills, will be detailed out to show your impact on the company and clients. These points need to be emphasized with your learning's or failures and how you were shaped as a person and professional.
Are there any promotions in your role? If yes, this helps the ADCOM gain further confidence in your profile.
Test scores:
GMAT score of about 700 or more would definitely place you among the competitive pool for aspiring candidates.
Additional Information:
The awards and other recognition are good. These need to be impressed upon in the online application. The passions you have need to articulate effectively in essays to show how you developed it over the period. Your knowing of french is a plus point, this might not of huge influencer for your profile during admission process (Once in ISB, it might help if your future employer is French).
In addition to all the points mentioned regarding the profile, other part of the application is equally important. The essays, recommendation interviews and online application are important to reinstate your points and belief in the admissions committee. In the essays you need to articulate your career goals clearly and state how you would walk the journey. Also you need to mention how you contribute to the class with your rich experience and how ISB can help you accomplish your career goals. For reference, kindly look at our essay analyses for last year on this website.
For these aspects you need guidance from some one who has rich experience in ISB admissions process.

If you can present a case on why you need an MBA now and what kind of profile are you targeting post MBA you will get an interview call.
So, just focus on getting a good GMAT score.

Post-MBA goals
Given my prior experience in the technology field and working closely with clients, I want to take up a career in Technology Consulting.
Thank you in advance!!
Your profile is well balanced from ISB perspective. GMAT score is good ( IR went down in your last attempt but shouldnt be an issue). Reconsider your post MBA goals as there are limited options in India for tech consulting. Consider writing Product management or Business development. You will be able to defend that well.
What to you have on extra currics front? Not sure if you can add something new now but evaluate what you have done in the past and try to build on them.

You are on right track and have the basic ingredients to present a good candidature. IIT and Flipkart brands will help. Applying in 2016 makes sense as by 2017 you will have almost 4 years of experience. Try to diversify your profile within flipkart so that your 4 years dont end up in same profile. May be you can consider moving to a little different role if that is possible.
Target a 720+ on GMAT .

We would recommend that you applying in 2016 for session starting in 2017. If you apply for class entering in 2016, you will have less than 3 years of experience which will make it challenging.
Also, you will have to work hard on your profile. QA experience in tech companies will put you on back foot. So, try to move to more of team lead role where you can highlight your team management, project tracking kind of skills.
Also, if possible retake GMAT and improve your score as otherwise you will fall average on most fronts.
Feel free to contact us if you have any queries.

@AmeenGupta:
Hi Ameen:
Good to know you are working for a high growth start-up like Flipkart in finance section. It would be interesting to know the quality of work experience. What did you learn so far, what initiatives you have taken, what challenges have you encountered? These experiences and initiatives would help you to differentiate yourself from the rest of the applicants.
Also you mentioned you were involved in a start-up, tell us more about it. This would further complement your work experience.
On academics front you have checked all the boxes, the GPA at IIT is in mid-range. A good GMAT score would help you to score a well-rounded profile.
Clarity of career goals, well articulated plan of optimizing your stay at ISB (use of resources), well-drafted essays would enhance your chances.
