Your profile looks good. International experience will help. Since you have considerable experience you should be fine with a GMAT score of 680-690 or so.
Also, try to talk about some extra currics as well so that the profile doesnt appear unidimensional.

Though you are coming from a typical IT profile but your good GMAT score will help you stay ahead in the race.
That said, a lot will depend on how you differentiate yourself from other similar IT profiles. Focus on sifter aspects such as teamwork, project management skills, client interaction etc rather than technical skills and achievements.
Your extra currics look OK but unless you put special focus on lets say sports and illustrate that with examples they will appear weak.
Always look at it in this way - Imagine 5 other members from the same team from TCS apply. What's there in your profile which differentiates you.
Hope this helps

About extra-currics(current) - I am very much involved in the following:
1) Member of the F3Nation (F3nation.com)
2) Member of BoA community volunteers
3) Active participation in Marathons & walk-a-thons for charity
4) Have been involved in many sales-pitches for my organisation(due to my interest in same), one of them leading to a multi-million dollar account setup
Would these have any weightage?

Hi,
Can everyone evaluate my profile as well. I am giving GMAT this August. I will be applying for ISB/Great Lakes/IIM's and other colleges in Canada,US and Singapore.
27yrs, Male
1. 10th: 73% & 12th :80% from Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute, Delhi
2. BTech(CSE) from GGSIP University with 79%
3. Won many painting competitions in school and was awarded as the best all rounder in music. Can play any music instrument (though not professionally). Was the lead casio player in Bhartia Kala Academy which organized free music classes for children
4. Experience: total 4.5 years
1.5 years in Accenture in Mumbai in Datawarehousing. I have lot of appreciation mails/letter from my US clients and project managers. Was awarded as the tiger of the team.
3 years in Airports Authority of India.: Working as a Asst Manager (IT) responsible for handling all the software and hardware section of IT in all 126 airports across India. Got lot of appreciation mails /letters here as well. Recently was selected to be a part of modernization of Chennai Airport (3100 crore project/ IT part 45 crores) wherein I was totally responsible for commissioning of all IT solutions in the new airport . Not many have built an airport (I think that's a big positive point)
5.Independently run a computer institute in a small place behind my home to teach and educate poor people about computers and basic internet.(All free of cost)
6.I would like to pursue MBA in project management as I have experience in handling big projects and would like to continue in IT sector with the similar nature projects.
Please let me know more things that I can do by this December or how can I modify my profile to make it better than other software engineers and bring out an edge over others.
Regards
Anshul

Your profile definitely looks interesting but you will need to put in a real effort to differentiate your self from any other technology guy.
Your are in a different industry but still an IT person. So, that puts you in the same category. So, unless you essays and recommendations can convincingly differentiate the nature/size of the projects you have handled and your contribution specifically you will find it hard to differentiate yourself.
From whatever you have mentioned there is nothing much to really talk about in the extra currics.
So, eventually a lot boils down to the GMAT score.
Also, you can't target IIM's as most of them require 5-6 years of minimum experience, so you might not be eligible. Even if you are eligible you will be far below the class average of 10 years of experience and getting an interview call looks tough.
Also, IIMA deadline is 10 Aug, IIMC is 30 aug. So, not sure when are you writing GMAT to be able to meet the deadlines.
Our honest suggestion, devote considerable time to GMAT and target a 720+ or so.
Then target ISB R2, NUS, NTU, XLRI ( achievable), Great Lakes ( safe), Rotman, Richard Ivey and schools such as CMU Tepper and Emory in US.
You might want to target US school in September, NUS and NTU in October and ISB and canadian schools in November.
Think more about your extra currics and prepare a few points to be highlighted.
Hope this helps.

The goods: brandnames IIT, MCKC and ZS. Good gpa. ZS recuitment itself is a good indication of great analytical skills.
Challenges: 3 years of experience. You will need to show career growth and leadership potential. Secondly, yoy have not mention what you did in zs or mckc. Show some indicators of leadership and team skills. Whats your career goal? Show relevance of your career goal with tour experience and mba.
These subjective factors will you convert a good application to great one and your 690 will not matter much then.

Your score is a bit weak but your undergrad GPA is decent and IIT brand will help there.
Experience of working with Mckinsey and ZS can be really used well if you mention Strategy Consulting as your goal because in most cases thats the natural career progression post MBA.
Focus more on client interaction experience if you had any and the fact that your responsibilities increased when you moved from Mckinsey to ZS. Experience of both these firms makes you better than if you would have continued at Mckinsey. So, blend that in somewhere.
Extra currics also look decent if not great. Instead of mentioning them all focus on talking about the sports thing in essay 3 if you have a story there.
Hope this helps.
