Hi SirBean and thanks for your post.
I do think that your profile is solid, but I'd want a bit more information about your goals. Also, I'd want to know if you felt that your GMAT score was pretty close to what you expected or how much you thought you could increase your score? I think you should also consider whether more time will allow you a chance to continue really expand your leadership skills, and how you can do that within the time you have left prior to applying -- both in your work and in your extra curriculars.
