Hello,

I am currently in the middle of a Manhattan GMAT 9-week online course and need some advice. One of the main areas in which I struggle is Critical Reasoning. It seems the consensus is that the Powerscore Critical Reasoning Bible is a much better resource than the respective Manhattan GMAT Strategy Guide. Would anyone suggest that I still go through the MGMAT Guide during the course and then go through Powerscore's guide afterwards, or should I just start going through the Powerscore guide and still do the problems that MGMAT assigns with respect to CR each week?

Thanks in advance for the advice,

Jonathan

Powerscore CR bible is really good. I would say awesome !!

But I dont think there is any point in reading both. Both are good while their methodology may differ ( I havent seen MGMAT CR, so using a modal "may"). Stick to one source while learning something new.

Here are the reviews for both -

Hope this helps !!

Hey thanks!

I'm curious if anyone has gone through both the Powerscore Bible and the Manhattan strategy guide?

The only reason I am hesitating is parts of the Manhattan course are obviously structured around the strategy guide. If someone has compared the two it would make it easier for me to choose one or the other. I imagine the strategies are somewhat similar but I really do not know for certain.

Thanks again!
