Mixture problems: I'm really struggling, any good frameworks

I am really struggling with mixture problems. Does anybody have any good sources for this with a framework like a chart?

I have seen Ron (Thursdays with Ron) use an RTD chart, but I just couldnt make sense of it well enough with the one example.

I'm very into charts for organization...
