it is -6 less than equal to n less than equal to 10

If it is true that -6<n<10, which of the following must be true?

A.n < 8 - n = 10 satisfies -6<n<10 but not n < 8 - Incorrect
B.n = -6 - n = 10 satisfies -6<n<10 but not n = -6 - Incorrect
C.n > -8 - n = 10 satisfies -6<n<10 and also n > -8 - correct
D.-10 < n < 7 - n = 10 satisfies -6<n<10 but not n = -6 - Incorrect
E.none of the above
