If 1>1-ab>0, which of the following must be true?
I. a/b>0
II. a/b<1
III.ab<1
A)I only
B)II only
C)III only
D)I and II only
E)I and III only
My workings:-
1>1-ab>0
1-1>1-ab-1>0-1
0>-ab>-1
From the book:-
1>1-ab>0
0>-ab>-1
0<ab<1
Answer is E.
I don't understand why my workings does not match with the one in the book. Someone, please help.
In between, can someone teach me how to use the spoiler to hide the answer.
Thank you very much.
