Impossible MGMAT CAT question...

I got this on the MGMAT CAT yesterday, and I don't understand how this can be classified as a 700-800 level question. There is no way someone could solve this problem in under 2 minutes. This has got to be a 900+ level question:

An investor purchased a share of non-dividend-paying stock for p dollars on Monday. For a certain number of days, the value of the share increased by r percent per day. After this period of constant increase, the value of the share decreased the next day by q dollars and the investor decided to sell the share at the end of that day for v dollars, which was the value of the share at that time. How many working days after the investor bought the share was the share sold, if r=100(sq rt. [V+Q/P] -1) ?

A) Two working days later.
B) Three working days later.
C) Four working days later.
D) Five working days later.
E) Six working days later.

This has been solved just a few posts before.

If you will work on it, its a very simple question.
r is given in such a way that you will easily be able to find n, number of days.

Let me know if you are not abel to find correct post.

I just don't think this can be solved in under 2 minutes unless you knew EXACTLY how to do simplify and solve each part of the question. Sometimes that takes some work, and this question doesn't afford you the time to do that.
