The subject of the email is "HBS 2+2 Program -- Interview Invitation"
It is nice that we can wait til tomorrow to sign up, gives us time to prepare. For me its the last week of summer work, so I have to clear my day off soon -- and I need to get an early in the week interview since I have to be back here for the final day of the internship (big ceremony).

jmsells: when Dee Leopold came to give a talk about 2+2, she made it clear that there are quite a few people who don't make the 2+2 cut that get into HBS through the regular route because they're more "conventionally business-oriented" - in fact, she'd brought one such student with her just to reinforce the point. having pursued your own business is no mean feat, and I'm sure you have a great shot at the regular route. keep at it! =)
Also got one (somehow)
Quite a self-selecting sample on beat the gmat forums eh! I'd definitely be interested in meeting up on one of the days for dinner or whatnot.
Congrats to all those who got invites, and equally to those who didn't. I'm sure you guys will come back at the conventional app harder and stronger in 2011.

Alright, I'll head to bed now. I think it is best if we wait until everyone who got the interview to scheduled his/her slot first before posting profiles. That way, we will know the info...plus the interview date. I am looking forward to see you all....and I hope some of you could help me clarify things since, being at the other side of the globe, I have little idea about Harvard and its campus/visit programs...
For those who are not lucky enough, please do not give up.

Count me in. I made it too!
Apologies for being inactive on the club after initializing the blog. Was really caught up with my internship. Could not take part in the discussions on the forum though I was following them very closely. I will try to make up for that by posting some really informative and helpful links for us all.
As for my background, I am an engineering male from India (the most predominant species of homo sapiens who apply at HBS)
Anybody else from India/Asia with us who made it so far?
Congratulate and look forward to see all you guys who made it to the interviews on campus and for those who tried their best but couldn't make it, there's something better in store for them.
Cheers

Not going to lie, I was a bit surprised I didn't get an interview. I'm guessing that maybe my background was a bit too traditional. At the same time, I think having the flexibility in a few years will definitely be nice. After all, HBS isn't the only good school out there, and I kind of like smaller environments anyway. And at least this motivated me enough to beat the GMAT, and get the best grades I've ever had in the most recent semester.
Good luck to everyone in the interview process!

I did not got the interview call.
But the entire process of application has led me to think differently about my career and goals. It was a kind of self-realization for me.
Good luck to all who got the interview call.
I would appreciate those who got the interview to put your profiles out here.
@apprentice
Which college are you from? How many from India have got the interview call.
