Sentence talking about a general phenomena in present and therefore use of simple present or present continous needed.

Drop A, C & E
D - multiple issues: (1) usage of LIKE for example; (2) present perfect continuous when simple present will do; (3) use of THOSE leads to redundancy

IMO B

Only B C uses who major. finance and marketing are examples of specialized areas so such as should be used. Hence B.
