option 1 says some MUST be green where they can be red or green; but they could all be red leaving no green.

Only statement I must be true for the argument to be true. (although i am a bit skeptical about this statement)
II can't be true because it is mentioned that all stores in main street have an awning, nothing is mentioned about stores which are not in main street.

I am still not convinced with this reasoning. All main stores -> awnings..fine
but it doesn't mean that only main street stores have awnings.

Regarding I):
It is possible that all awnings in Summitville can be red. Hence, I) is not true.

Regarding III):
It is possible that a store in Summitville has a green awning and it is on Main Street.

Regarding II):
We can conclude this from the 1st sentence. Hence, my answer B_

Some awnings in Summitville are green. : This can be true ,but we are asked to find a MUST be true answer so its not a correct one

If a store in Summitville has a red awning, then it is on Main Street.: But we are told about something else or a property of the stores in main street not all the stores in S .

So there can be stores with Red Awing which are not in main street so this is also wrong
