A little query about Manhattan SC

Hello. I am on Manhattan SC. You know it has list of numbers at end of each chapter which refer to questions in OG 10e. These listed questions belong to same concept about which chapter was. Is it okay if i complete Manhattan SC in one go ignoring these list of numbers and then do OG separately? I mean it would not damage my learning? I am asking because it is not what Manhattan suggests.

I completed entire OG first :/
then got my hands on MGMAT sc last month and did the OG again, chapterwise this time :/
redundant work,, but the second approach is better :


read the chapters, do the OG questions and then goto next chapter
