Zero and Integer

Overall on the GMAT, if i encounter a statement saying k is an integer i know zero must be a part of it, however if i see, k is a positive integer should i consider zero to be a part of it ?

O is neither a positive nor a negative integer. SO if a statement says k is a positive int, you should not be considering 0

Also, if you are told that k is a non-negative integer, then k can be positive or it can be zero.

By the same token, A "NON-POSITIVE INTEGER"
can be either a 0, or Negative.

integer band: NEGATIVE.....0....POSITIVE
