in th xy plane, line n passes through the origin and has slope 4. if points (1,c) and (d,2) are on line n, what is the value of c/d?

answer. 8

line passes origin so y intercept = 0
slope = 4 hence equn y = mx + c becomes
y=4x

(1,c)
c = 4

(d, 2)
2 = 4d => d = 0.5

hence c/d = 8
