We can write the equation of the line as Y = mX+c

where m = 3/4

so Y = (3/4)x+c
Statement I
Line passes through (4,4) so

4 = 0.75*4+c ------------> c = 1

then Y = 0.75 X +1

does it pass through the given points ? we can tell this because we know the equation of the line

Sufficient


Statement II

Similarly we know the equation so its sufficient


Answer is D
