2) x<0

|x|=y-z ?

1) x+y=z
x=z-y
let z=2, y=1
z-y = 2-1=1=x
y-z=-1
|x|=1..
1 != -1
Hence NO
Let z=1, y=2
x = -1
y-z =1
|x|=1
1 =1
Hence YES
THEREFORE INSUFF

2) x<0
Directly INSUFF.

Combining:
x+y =z
x = z-y

|x| = y-z implies
x = y-z when x>0 and
x = z-y when x<0
Given that x<0
Hence we neeed to check if x = y-z
x is not equal to y-z.
Hence SUFF
