x, y, a, and b are positive integers

Please help me with this question

x, y, a, and b are positive integers. When x is divided by y, the remainder is 6. When a is divided by b, the remainder is 9. Which of the following is NOT a possible value for y + b?

I also wanted to confirm what is the minimum values for x,y,a,b (if I am not mistaken division by zero is undefined?)? Also, please let me know why other options are incorrect.

HINT: When positive integer N is divided by positive integer D, the remainder R is such that 0 < R < D
For example, if we divide some positive integer by 7, the remainder will be 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, or 0
