1.Root (X) > Y
When X and Y are Positive Integer +n , X^3 > Y == True
X is m/n then
if X=1/4 , Y= 1/8
Root (X) = 1/2 > 1/8 > Y
But X^3 = (1/4)^3 < Y Hence False
2. X > Y
again the same
