If x < 0, is y > 0?

(1) x/y < 0.

(2) y - x > 0.

x<0

From stmt1,

x/y<0

Since x is negative,y should be always Positive so that x/y<0

sufficient

From stmt2,

y-x>0

y>x

x=-1,y=0,y is +ve

x=-2,y=-1,y is -ve

Insufficient.

Hence A
