I dont think that full-time work is a real problem. You just spend more time to prepare as I do. The main problem here is to set up a strict schedule for each day study hours. For istance I finish my work at 4 p.m. after that I have 3 hours af studying ever day. After a month I earn about 640 - 650 at simulated test.
So, I fell it to be possible to improove my score futher.
Hope it helps.
Good luck.
