please explain the difference between B and C.

C looks fine...
"Native of" is used for a individual while "Native to" is used for a large group

agree. i also selected C that is the correct answer but i wanna understand the concept of "unless".
in the statement it says it will be difficult....unless..will find witness..
IMO reason to select C is redundancy in B..
please explain me the usage of unless here..
