m machines work 1 hr and finish in m*m days
1 machine works 1 hr and finish in m*m*m days
k machine work 1 hr and finish in (m^3)/k days
k machine work k hrs and finish in (m^3)(k^2) days

is this the answer?

If you meant (m^3)/(k^2) days, then you are correct.

Another option is to assign m and k values, determine the numerical answer, and then see which answer choice yields the same value.
