D, it takes me 2 minutes. Strange, I have just failed the test today. Why now can I do this problem. I admit that in the test of today I feel not confident on each problem. Maybe because I want high score and loose calm.

Nice work, all - and just a couple things to add:

-Especially for duongthang, who is worried about timing on a problem like this - I uncovered the "secret" to eliminating choices A and E by scanning for differences between A and B and looking for a decision point. The beginning and end of each choice is the same, making it a less-clear decision to find. But A has "to be able to" and B does not. That's the first decision point.

-That's a decision that I know has come up on previous official questions. "Enable...to be able" is an absurd meaning - it's redundant and just nonsensical. So you can eliminate both A and E for that.

-The difference with C is that it uses the modifier "succeeding" to modify the action "reach likely voters". But the two, more logically, are independent events...or even the "succeeding in raising money" is what allows the candidate to "reach numerous voters". So the two need to be treated as parallel events - C does not do that, so it's wrong.

-Then between B and D...D says the same thing, just shorter and cleaner. I guess you could call B redundant or "not parallel". But even if you can't describe why, you should see that D is just a cleaner more direct answer, and without a flaw in B you have your answer.

Choice D is more preferable than B. Choice B, usage of verb "to be" is look not good as use directly "succeed"
