between B and C, would go for C

C: no one is wise and intelligent- generalizes too much. may be the author hasnt met any one wise+intelligent. doesnt mean no one is both wise and intelligent.

Answer is D.
D cannot be true because the author has met people who are either wise or intelligent.

A can be true if the essayist has not met any of the people who are neither intelligent nor wise.

B can be true if the essayist has not met any of the people who are both wise and intelligent.

C can be true if what the essayist has experienced personally applies to the people he has not met.

E can obviously be true.

Please confirm the official answer.

Option D looks good than other answers.
