Why is LPU not AICTE approved?

by Manan_LPU » Thu Sep 07, 2023 11:30 pm
AICTE is only required when the course is being offered by an institute because LPU does not need their approval.LPU, on the other hand, has UGC recognition as a full-fledged university. Along with it, the Council of Architecture (COA), the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and the Pharmacy Council of India have all given their approval (PCI).It belongs to the Association of Indian Universities as well (AIU).LPU was the first college to receive ICAR approval (Indian Council of Agricultural Research).LPU is affiliated with the Bar Council of India and has ACBSP certification (BCI). I hope this data is useful!

Dear candidate , LPU is approved by AICTE .
All India Council For Technical Education (ODL & Online) - All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) was set up in November 1945 as a national-level apex advisory body to conduct a survey on the facilities available for technical education and to promote development in the country in a coordinated and integrated manner.

Thank you .

LPU operates as a recognized institution under the auspices of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and does not require approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for its programs. In addition to UGC recognition, LPU has received endorsements from several key regulatory bodies, including the Council of Architecture (COA), the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Furthermore, LPU is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Notably, LPU was the first institution to obtain approval from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). It is also affiliated with the Bar Council of India (BCI) and holds accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). This robust framework of recognition and accreditation underscores LPU's commitment to maintaining high educational standards and delivering quality programs. I hope this information proves useful!
