From orignal sentence we know that drop in price lead to less fear about inflation
B preserves that, C say fears about inflation exists when interest rates are lowered
C says it exists and not the intended from A[ says it lowered fears]

B: says 4 lists are consequences of large drop in oil prices.
C: 3 lists are part consequences of large drop in oil prices.

because 'along with' is modifier [preposition ], it cannot be part of list, it only gives additional information and not neccessary information. when modifiers are removed the sentence should still make sense as we are removing only additional information.
