A sentence from Oxford Andvanced Learner's Dictionary:
I can't decide on who to invite.
In my opinion, it should be "... whom to invite".
My reasoning is that if you invite someone, that "someone" is always in the object case, for example. "I decided to invite him".
Expert opinion please.
