In subject-verb agreement, plural subject takes plural verb and singular subject takes singular verb form. This rule we shall definitely adhere to in attempting the question below.
Benefits can exist in its singular or plural form which is Benefit or Benefits respectively.

Option A :- Incorrect
This option does not follow the proper rule of Concord benefit of is not on agreement with are enough to justify the cost . This is enough to rule this option out.

Option B :- Incorrect
This option is wordy and does not require the use of derived from that sounds so tautological.

Option C :- Incorrect
Improper construction, grammatical error, and verbosity. benefits that are from this is not concise. This makes the option Incorrect.

Option D :- correct
The option agrees with the subject verb agreement meaning if the subject is plural the verb should be plural.
Benefits which is a noun in its plural form agrees totally with plural form are. This follows parallelism too.

Option E :- Incorrect
So wordy option and cannot fit in the statement, this option suffers same fate as option C above.
