Hey,

I am going to take the GMAT on 28th Oct.

I am an Indian and work in Dubai.

Work Experience - 4 yrs 6months

My complete work experience focuses primarily on:

Performance Consulting
Learning & Development
Facilitating Workshops

I am a master hypnotist and certified on "Delivery Skills in Training"

I am confused about choosing school and a program.

Could you please help me here!! :? :?

Which school and program will help in complementing my work exp.?
Will a general MBA lead to a career shift?

It is difficult to recommend a program without knowing your GPA, GMAT score, and post MBA career goals. Perhaps, you can provide a bit more information and I can make some suggestions. Even though you have not taken the GMAT, you may be able to get a general idea of how well prepared you are by looking at your practice test scores.
