This notation may be confusing for some, since it looks like we're multiplying 1 and 1/5
How about adding a space: "Which of the following is equal to (1 1/5)%"

(1 1/5)% = 1.2% = 1.2/100

Answer: C

If we substitute %=1/100, we get 1(1/5)%=(1+1/5)%=(6/5)%=( 6/5)( 1/100)= (1.2)/100

So, the answer is C.
