Which of the following best completes the passage below?

The management of Company T is very particular about the employees it hires. The evaluation process used with potential employees is a tested method for hiring high-quality personnel, and includes at least two interviews along with various examinations. Company T's output rates are far from satisfactory so it can be concluded that __________.

A) the evaluation process used by Company T to hire new employees should be abolished in favor of another method
B) it will not be before long it finds itself facing the prospect of bankruptcy
C) the profits earned in previous years were used in improving the company's employee screening process
D) Company T's management should terminate the contracts of any employees that were hired using the current evaluation system
E) it is not so much the individual attributes of each employee, but more likely the cooperation between them or the proper working conditions that Company T is lacking

To know what best completes the passage we have to find a logical reason to fit into the line of the argument.

Premise: Company T employs people by using a tested method for hiring high qualified personnel.

Explanation:
- The method being used to interview potential employees seems to be an impeccable one.
- It doesn't seem to be the problem in the argument due to the interviews and various examination involved.

Missing information:
- Is the evaluation method the main cause for the company's output rate?

Option A - Incorrect
This decision only focuses on the fact that the problem is from the evaluation process, and it needs to be substituted with another.
It does not consider other factors that might be responsible for the output rates of the company.

Option B - Incorrect
This is outside the scope of the argument.

Option C - Incorrect
This doesn't give any logical reason to the company's output rate.

Option D - Incorrect
This is incorrect because it is based on the fact that the evaluation

Option E - Correct
This is correct because it gives different possibilities to why the company's output rate is beyond satisfactory.
