This question seems to be a bit weird, to be honest. MBA itself is a multidisciplinary degree which instils multifaceted skills in you, like management and leadership. It is considered the best degree to go closer to rapid growth within a professional environment.

There are innumerable post-MBA success stories, so are the failure ones. This question emerges once an MBA degree fails to pay off as per your expectations. What you need to do in such a context is:

Supplement your knowledge-
Check what makes you a fit for the industry. You need to earn additional certifications that are trending, like digital marketing strategy, brand positioning & management, data science, Big Data analytics, etc.

Analyze your industry-readiness-
How ready you are for the industry? This thing needs to be analyzed by you thoroughly. Afterwards, you should prepare yourself accordingly. Once you are ready for the industry, the recruiters will pick you up. Courses like personality development and interview training might work for you.

Is an MBA really relevant to your career goals?-
