Hi please advice on which B-schools i can target in U.S an Canada.

GMAT 610
Bachelors of science in Hospitality-Top School of India-57%
12th 78%
10th 80%

Work experience of Almost 6 years. Out of which 2 years i ran my own business.

Not strong in extra curricular and co-curricular.

With that low of a GMAT score you will be looking at schools in the 30-50 range. Sounds like you have a good profile otherwise. I would suggest you check out schools like Michigan State Broad, Penn State Smeal, Emory, George Washington, USC Marshall etc. Good luck to you!
