We have a Rankings page for MBA and Non-MBA Business School degrees. The page amalgamates different rankings.

Within the Full-Time MBA tab there TopMBA's Information Management Specialization and US News & World Report's Information Systems rankings, but there is not one specifically for Telecom management. However, looking at the schools listed would be a good starting place.

Good luck,

Are you talking about schools in the US? Most won't offer a specific specialization in telecom management. In fact, most don't offer any kind of specialization at all. They are typically general management degrees. Now you can customize your experience a bit based on the classes you take, projects you do and clubs you join. You could then try to market yourself as a telecom management expert.
