where do I post technical difficulty in BTG

Hi,

Need some advice - where do I post technical difficulty in BTG.

Issue: I am not able to send messages from BTG - all my messages are saved in outbox. They never moves to sent item.

Can someone pls help.

You can post all your questions in the Suggestions and Feedback forum.

The messages stay in your outbox until the people you've sent them to read them. They'll be moved to Sent after that.
