I have done:
8 books of Manhattan
GMAT OG 12th edition
1012 GMAT practice
Princeton Review
Quant GMAT Review OG 2nd Edition
Verbal GMAT Review OG
Kaplan GMAT Premier

I am currently doing GMAT toolkit in Ipad which has around 900 useful questions. I am wondering where can I get more guides (hopefully mock papers) to do so that as I hope to make sure my quant reaches 51 (I taking it as my challenge to myself). My prep test score is 760 but I am worried as I see many horror stories of 700+ in GMAT prep turning into 500+ real score.

Honestly, I think all this is far too much material. My opinion is that at this stage, more material will hurt more than help.
Judging from your mock scores, you seem to be all set. I can't stress enough on the importance of preserving momentum in your preparations. It's best to take the real test when you are on the crest of the wave.
Have you booked a date already?

Cheers!

Yeah, it's seems like you have done a ton of practice! For really tough math practice, check out the math tests at gmatclub.com. I thought that was great practice for me.

Believe me, you are all set.

You seem to be at the peak right now. As suggested above, I also suggest scheduling the test sooner than later.

If you need some very good math questions with video explanations, check out www.gmatboost.com. It has some real toughies.

Good luck.
