When to put the BSchool names

Hi Guys,
Exactly when do we need to key in the BSchool names to which the GMAT score would get reported ?
The names that we don't put , aren't those schools able to get the score ? Apart from the chosen five schools during the test do the other schools have to be separately intimated about the GMAT score while applying ?

Hi ani781,

The 5 schools that you choose to receive your Official Score Report are "free" when you pay the $250 to take the GMAT (but you have to choose the 5 schools while you're at the Pearson Test Center). You will have to pay a fee ($28/school) for any additional score reports that you want to have sent out.

If you're interested, the GMAT test-makers created a nice video on the test-center experience.
The part where you identify B-Schools is also covered (around 3:40): https://youtu.be/1kK-QuuZeuw

Cheers,
