I'll answer your question in two ways.

Ultimately, the question as to whether or not you should take the test is one that only you can answer. If you are happy with a score in the range of your practice exam results, than I think you are ready! Go take it.

If you aren't happy -- then you need to figure out how/where to focus to get better. For that, I'd point you in the direction of three links/articles. The first two give you some real specific tips on how to use the practice exams you've already taken as a diagnosis tool to help identify where to focus to get better. The third gives some real tips on what to do in the last 14 days before the exam. And the fourth focuses on that age-old question "How do I move from a 700 to a 760?"
