ok i will try, but i am not sure in my ans,
first i don`t like whether.. or not in any anwer,i don`t remember any problem in OG or GmatPrep with this construction,( but i saw only few)
B) being that- very rare to be true,
C) wrong sequence of events, looks like: at first he decided to move family, and then he was enrolled
D)with them need with him, as first part of the sentence Preetham was
E)both when and since are redundant, here since in the meaning of from this event, but we already have time designator when

whether or not can be true, but definitely it is not best construction in Gmat apply to the MG sentence corection page 171 (fourth edition) they did not reject it

i laughed.

yeah, "whether or not" here is pretty clearly not ok.

i can't speak in general about the quality of this company's problems -- i've only seen two or three of them -- but this one is pretty bad, too:

one of the reasons I completely stopped using Grockit practise game is the same. Not only in sentence correction but also in RC and CR , there are many erros. Explanations are not proper and are written in haste. I had clearly written this to Gorckit in the survey they asked. Some people in their debrief has recommended , but I wonder now. I hope Grockit experts watching this space.
