Test each expression by plugging in h = -1/4.
h^2-2h+1 = (h-1)^2 = (-(5/4))^2 = 25/16
h^2+h = h(h+1) = -(1/4)(3/4) = -(3/16)
h = -1/4
h^2 = (-(1/4))^2 = 1/16
h^3 = (-(1/4))^3 = -(1/64)

Therefore, A is the answer.
