What will help me to get into a school apart from GMAT score

Hi there!!!

I have a query on something other than GMAT prep.

I have a working experience of 4 years. My academics are not great but not terrible either.

Assuming that i get a good GMAT score, what else can i do to build my profile. Aprt from work ex, academics and a good GMAT score what else can i do.

Let me confess. I never been a volunteer, never been a member of any communities or groups, not into sports. And even if i start these now, it would clear that i started all these with a b-school admission in mind.

So what sort of damage control can i do???

Thanks in Advance

Why do you want to go to a Business School ? There are many ways between point A and B, and B-school is just one of them.

Why will a business school student want to see you in a classroom ?

Why does the program need you ? What will you give to them ?
