Suppose I apply to Georgetown then get rejected. One year passes by I re-apply but I've no professionally work improvement like get promoted or anything.

Many of reapplicant is supposed to write about their improvement. What should I do with this point?

I'm quite concerned by this issue because in my industry, to grow up, you need a Master Degree. So, if I apply and get rejected, this will really be a problem.

Toro,
You do not need to get an official promotion or title change to show improvement at work. Instead, speak to increased responsibility, leadership roles or other accolades that demonstrate growth.

Also, improvement in your candidacy can come from other areas, including higher GMAT scores, additional ECs, enrolling in relavent post-undergrad classes (i.e. stats, calculus, acct.)
