- it means X must be positive number
if X=5 then Y=2 === Correct
X=5 then Y=-2 === also correct

So sufficient

2) means X^3 greather than Y right ?
if X=-2 then Y=-9 === Correct
if X=2 then Y=7 === not correct
so insufficient
